By proceeding you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and the recipient is at least 18 years of age, that you are sending a sucker as a gag gift for entertainment ONLY and that is your only intention . You further agree that sending a sucker will NOT be used to threaten, harass, violate a legal restraint, or for any unlawful purpose and that you personally know the recipient and AGREE TO ALL of our Terms and Conditions of Sale outlined on the web site. If there is any doubt, DO NOT engage our service.


Order Information

The purpose of UGotSuckered novelty suckers are to amuse and entertain, not to offend. Please do not use our service for any other reason than as a gag gift. To send a UGotSuckered novelty sucker you must agree to the following:
You MUST be 18 years old or older to purchase and send a sucker and recipient MUST be over the age of 18.
You MAY NOT use our service to threaten, constitute harassment, violate a legal restraint, or any other unlawful purpose.
You may not send a sucker to any person or organization you do not personally know, this includes famous individuals or companies.
If you are not 100% sure the recipient will understand the novelty and humor of the item, DO NOT SEND!


Secure On-Line Ordering

Ordering ON-LINE is EASY. You will notice that our shopping cart is different that most companies - you are not required to enter a password. This means that, for extra security, we do not store any information about you online. Start by going to any of our product pages - beside each item is a Purchase Button. Simply type the quantity into the box next to the desired product and click the Add to Cart Button and then the Return Button. You may select different items by clicking on the Product Directory listed on the left side. If you need to change the contents in your shopping cart change the number ordered and click Update. To remove any item set quantity to zero and click Update. If you experience any problems with ordering or have questions about any product EMAIL US. When you have selected all of your purchases you will then be asked to fill in your personal information. This information is ONLY USED to verify that you are the authorized card holder and provide us with the necessary shipping information. Please make sure that you fill out all of the blanks correctly and be sure to double check your email address so that you can be sent a confirmation of the order. Last, you will be asked for your Credit Card number and Expiration date. This information is then encrypted and submitted to a highly secure SSI server. You will then immediately receive a confirmation of the order you just placed via e-mail. On the email will be a Transaction Number. For security purposes your information is stored off-line under that Transaction Number. If you need to contact us for any reason regarding your order please use that number.


Session Cookies

We use session cookies to keep your shopping cart from emptying as you go back and forth between merchandise pages and the shopping cart. A session cookie expires when you close your browser. Cookies cannot be used to retrieve data from your hard drive, obtain your email address, or obtain sensitive information about you. If your browser is set to refuse cookies you may view our site but will be unable to complete an order. To complete an order you need to set your browser to accept cookies at least temporarily while shopping.

All suckers are shipped in plain, discreet boxes with 'CEC PRODUCTS, Inc.' as the return address. No detailed description of appears on credit card receipts. 'CEC PRODUCTS, Inc.' is the only company name that ever appears on any transaction or box. All internet order transactions are encrypted and submitted to a highly secure SSL server. Once the order is received the information is stored to prevent the possibility of data access.

5 - 7 Days Standard Delivery (First-Class Mail) $3.95 Includes USPS Delivery. Provides the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery. Provides evidence of mailing.
3 - 4 Days Delivery (Priority Mail) $7.95 Includes USPS Tracking and Delivery. Provides order tracking and the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.
1 - 2 Overnight Delivery (Priority Mail Express) $31.95 Includes USPS Tracking and Delivery. Provides order tracking and the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.
Extra Service:
You can combine with extra services to confirm individual delivery.
Signature Confirmation (Provides the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery and the name of the person who signed for the package.) $2.95
Adult Signature ( Requires the signature of someone 21 years of age or older at the recipient's address.) $6.95
Specified Name Delivery (Requires id and confirms that only the specified person on the order will receive the package.) $8.95

We may not be able to ship to hotels, some mail forwarders military and/or PO Boxes depending on location or if there are known issues with the location. USPS may not be available for all locations.

Order Processing & Transit Time

Order Processing Time includes time to process and pack your gift order. Order Processing Time is based on 'Business Days'. Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not week-ends. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are considered to have been received on business day Monday. Orders received after noon P.S.T. (West Coast Time) are considered to have been received the next business day. Your order should leave our warehouse the same day. Shipping Time is selected by you when you select the shipping method. It does not affect Order Processing Time - only the amount of time that it will take an order to be delivered to your recipient by the carrier. Selecting PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR SUCKER CAN BE delivered overnight. Priority Mail Express and Saturday delivery may not be available for all locations. Some areas of this country are 2 and 3 days express delivery areas. Our delivery provider does not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.


Order Status & Tracking

We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you shipping information for the order. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming that your sucker has been sent and will also contain a tracking number. Most orders can be tracked via the USPS web site. CeC Products, Inc., does its best to ensure your sucker arrives on time. However, delivery dates are NOT GUARANTEED and there may be any number of unforeseen reasons why your gift may arrive after the estimated arrival date. We DO NOT GUARANTEE OVERNIGHT OR SATURDAY DELIVERIES.


What If My Order Was Declined?

A credit/debit card can be declined for many reasons, [wrong card number, wrong CVV number, expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or an any issue with your bank. Credit card authorization is handled by an automated system, we may not be given the exact reason for decline. If your order is declined please do the following:
     Re-enter your credit card information or change to a different credit card.
     If you are using a prepaid card, please call the phone number on the back of the card to add your personal information as well.
     This will resubmit the order, and we will try to authorize your card again.
     If your card is declined again, please contact your card-issuing bank to find out why they will not authorize the charge.
     If your bank confirms it is okay, go back and resubmit your order.


What If My Order Was Canceled/Voided?

If your order was canceled, you will receive an email explaining the reason why. Most often the reasons are either the inability to verify the billing address or we have determined there is a problem with the recipient. If your card was already charged, a refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Most banks will make the funds available to you after another 1-3 business days.


Sale Authorized/Voided?

A payment authorization takes place when an order is submitted on-line and the Credit Card Company/Bank puts the money on hold but it is not immediately removed from your account. PLEASE NOTE: YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED. The "charge" appearing on your card is called a pending hold. Pending holds come about because bank and credit card companies hold funds for online transactions while they verify information in order to determine whether or not to approve the transaction. All internet financial transactions are handled in this manner. Then if an order is voided, the hold on the money is released to the processor by 'CeC Products, Inc.'. The process can take 1-3 business days to cycle back to the credit card processor. The hold will come off your statement in accordance with the policies established by your bankor credit card company. If you have any questions about when the hold will come off, please contact your bank or credit card company directly. Most card issuing banks will then make the funds available to you within 1-5 business days.


Identity Proof

For your protection, we may require proof of identity if we are unable to verify your billing address information. This may delay the processing of your order. If additional proof of identity is required we will contact you by email and your order will be placed on hold until we receive verification.


Colors & Designs

We have made every effort to display the colors of our suckers that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. While text will remain as displayed designs may also vary. All sucker logos and designs are copyrighted material. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information owned or controlled by 'CeC Products, Inc.' without obtaining the prior written consent of 'CeC Products, Inc.


Order Cancellations

Our goal is to ship gift suckers as soon as possible. Suckers are custom packed on receipt of order, changes CANNOT be made once your order has been submitted and once an order has been placed it CAN NOT BE CANCELED.


Delivery Status

An order is considered "in transit" from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it's delivered. Suckers shipped without signature required will be at the purchasers discretion. Tracking/Delivery Confirmation by USPS shall be considered legal proof that the sucker was delivered.


Returns

Please select your purchase carefully, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Candy is not returnable under any circumstance.
An order is considered to have been fulfilled at the time the gift sucker is given to the shipping carrier. All sucker orders are shipped to the exact shipping address as provided to us when the order is placed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. Orders that have been returned because of incomplete or errors in the address are subject to a re-shipping charge if the correct recipient's address can be obtained. Redirected packages: A $12.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when and incorrect or incomplete address is given. Orders which are RETURNED OR REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be disposed of at the time of return to our warehouse. Customer agrees that purchase price of sucker and shipping charges will be forfeited if recipient can not be located. Candy is NOT RESTOCKABLE.


Legal Stuff

Your use of this Web Site or any Web Site owned by 'CeC Products, Inc.' constitutes your agreement to both follow and be bound by all outlined Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site. Should you have entered any of our web sites and bypassed this Agreement, the use of this site will still bind you to the Terms and Conditions as outlined.

Placing an order on this Web Site, you declare that you are of appropriate legal age to purchase any of our merchandise offered for sale. If 'CeC Product's, Inc., discovers that you are not 18 years of age, then there is no contract created and no legal obligation for the order to be fulfilled.
